SELLING WYNDHAM OWNERSHIP
During the listing process (timeframe cannot be predicted) and in the event of a sale, please understand the total timeframe for the combination of memberships can take between 5-9 weeks, this timeframe is out of RTR control. During the "listing and sale/membership combination process" you the owner are responsible for the ongoing payment of your Wyndham levies until membership has been confirmed sold/combined by Wyndham - NOT Royale Timeshare Resales.
BUYING WYNDHAM SP CREDITS
It is your responsibility to ensure you check directly with Wyndham about their timeshare for all terms and conditions.
General example only and not limited to - remaining term on timeshare, room availability, booking procedure, room allocation, special levy and annual ongoing levy along with all other terms and conditions of the ownership associated with the potential purchase of a timeshare prior to proceeding.
