Alternatively, Royale Timeshare Resales and Timeshare Brokers offer three options owners can choose from to potentially use that may help remove themselves from their long-term timeshare ownership.
This involves a one-off payment payable by the owner to Royale Timeshare Resales (RTR). This option is for those timeshare owners wanting to remove themselves from the long-term ongoing levy concerns, not wishing to holiday and seeking complete and immediate release from all timeshare ownership.
Current pricing is from AUD $4,500 depending on the number of weeks to be released (applicable to specific resorts only and subject to change and currency exchange).
Royale Timeshare Resales' processes (upon receiving ALL required documents) are completed within 30 days. Upon confirmation from Royale that settlement is complete, Classic Holidays will from that point be in control of the transfer until finalization date, this can take up to 90 days.
The trade involves a one-off payment payable by the owner to Royale Timeshare Resales (RTR). This option is for those timeshare owners wanting to continue holidays but only with a short-term membership that expires at a pre-determined date.
This ultimately removes the owner from the long-term ongoing levy concerns. RTR “TRADE” owners from their long-term ownership into a shorter-term Escapes membership. These short-term Classic Escapes memberships range from 2 years to lifetime term, depending on what you decide best suits your needs.
Current pricing is from AUD $4,000 depending on the number of weeks to be traded (applicable to specific resorts only and subject to change and currency exchange).

This option is for those owners purely wanting to list their timeshare ownership for a potential third party to purchase at the price you, the owner decide to advertise your ownership at.
Our sister company Timeshare Brokers (TSB) offers a straight resale service, with no additional charges and the listing prices advertised as per owners listing amount.
Conveyancing is not covered with private transfers, owners and potential purchasers will need to organise the private title transfer payment between themselves.

There is no guarantee with a listing that a third party will purchase your timeshare and pay the price you are hoping this is all subject to consumer demand.
Royale Timeshare Resales and Timeshare Brokers are both unable to provide timeshare or resort valuations.
We reinforce, that you are responsible for the payment of your resort/club levies and Special Levies that become due and owing until the date of settlement with Royale Timeshare Resales and; understand that the transfer is guaranteed however, you remain the legal owners of the timeshare weeks until all legal transfer paperwork is issued by Classic Holidays and duly signed in accordance with their requirements. Once the RTR settlement process is completed and confirmed back to you, no further levies from your timeshare will be due to you.
With any TRADE OR RELEASE, RTR will look to cover most of the standard conveyancing and the transfer costs involved with the transfer of ownerships upon supply of all related/required documents (additional charges may apply if these documents are not supplied).
